Registration guidelines

Registration fees (in euros) cover:

• lunch
• morning and afternoon coffee breaks 
• documents and supports distributed during the conference,
• Gala-dinner on 4 April 2025.

Early registration, before 25 February 2025: 100 euros.

Registration between 26 February and 18 March 2025 (for inclusion in the programme): 120 euros.

For every person accompanying a registered participant at the gala dinner, you should add 30 euros. 

The decision to allow the conference to be held in a hybrid version was taken recently, following the difficulties reported to us by colleagues from the southern Mediterranean in attending face-to-face, in particular those relating to obtaining visas and funding. Unfortunately, administrative rigidities prevent us from granting reduced participation fees for online participants, the basic format being face-to-face participation. As a result, the participation fees mentioned on this site apply to all participants, regardless of the form of participation (face-to-face or online).
