Instructions to speakers

The time available for each paper is 30 minutes, of which 20 minutes are for the presentation, 5 minutes for the formal discussion and 5 minutes for general discussion and questions. Please respect your colleagues and keep to the allocated time for your presentation. 

We kindly ask you not to bring your own laptop, but to bring your presentation on a USB-key. A laptop (MS Windows environment) will be provided in all rooms. Changing laptops takes valuable time and might cause technical difficulties. Please note that there are no Macintosh computers available. Supported presentation format is PowerPoint (format 16:9) preferably or PDF. Please note the following:

 

  • Presentations should be given in French or in English and slides should be in English only. No translation services will be available.

 

  • Make sure to load your presentation onto the laptop in the assigned room, during the break before your session. The volunteers and chairs in the auditorium will assist you with this. To avoid confusion, please save your presentation under the name: JMMASE2025_LastName_Session#
  • We kindly ask you to be in the room 15 minutes before the start of your session, so that you can introduce yourself to the chair of your session and be able to load your presentation comfortably.
